I'm certainly not an old hand by any stretch of the imagination but as sad as it seems I still even get a kick out of being underwater in the pool.

You shouldn't feel cheesey on posting the report, it wasn't so long ago that someone at the old Stoney Cove company came up with the snappy marketing logo of "I've Dived 35" and sold them on a T-shirt to frozen wetsuit divers. Enjoy your diving future and don't become complacent that its only the old cove remember, the old cove can still bite back.

Wise words Ron, thank you. The two recent fatalities were from Newark, where I live, not a huge town and it brings it home just that bit more.
