Maldives - Kuramathi Village - Oct/Nov 2005

This is long overdue for writing up, been busy with other stuff but have now found the time to jot some stuff down.

Went to Maldives (Kuramathi Village) Oct/Nov, purely to dive, myself the wife and 11 year old daughter. Found the Island very picuresque, the food was good, but not that much choice and having the same every day got a bit tedious.

The dive school though, Rashdoo Atol Divers, were excellent. The staff were helpful from the word go and couldn't seem to do enough for us. On 3 occasions a boat was put on just for us, as the main boat was going to sites unsuitable for our daughter, so that we could all dive together. Fish life was in abundance and corals are starting to show signs of life again.

We would therefore give a big to all the staff at Rashdoo, they made our holiday worthwhile.
