OK then a bit more on the wrecks

The Henry B Plant is incredibly intact and on its Starboard side, if you look at the picture below its as close to this picture as any wreck i have seen The superstructure amidships is very intact and the shot was just in front of this (about 1m in front of it). So if you imagine it laying on the far side in this picture, we then worked forward towards the bow.



The hatch covers are gone and the cargo has slid down, but is mainly still in the wreck. All the masts and derricks are in place although most have collapsed down towards the seabed. We worked up to the bow and around the gun which is on the small platform just back from the bow.

Moving back we entered the forward hold and there is a nice swim through along back to the second hold. Back by the shot we then had a look around the bridge area before ascending.

Next time the bridge to stern gun platform

Wreck 2 then The MV Teeswood , i have dived this wreck about 6 times but did not know its name or history:-



She lies on her Port side and the superstructure and forward masts are still in place, the hull has collapsed away about amidships, but it has lots of very clean and easy penetration points, plus we had 15m of Viz and broad daylight at 33m the funnel and lots of the railings are still in place as are many of the large window type portholes. A very clean wreck with no nets or line to worry about.

Nice report Mark. I should try and get a few more dives out of Dover, it's a lot closer than where I usually end up going, and with wrecks that sound like this, I should get my act together!
