Sunday, 28th Oct/06 - Dorothea

Two good dives at this quarry. Three hours to get there and lovely sunny day.

Had two dives to the tunnel at 25m. The water was warm down to 10 metres then around 7 degrees below. Visibility was good at 25 metres, even if a bit gloomy.

There are not as many divers at this site as there were about 5 years ago.

I sincerely hope that the new owners don't fill in this quarry. A training place would be nice.

And perhaps a ski lift to get kit up and down............. I don't think.....
