Thumbs up kings dive

so me and wife went to l'estartit (medas isles), i spent first two days building a stage/bridge/float for the kings festival and the wife played golf, then another day dismantling it again. so work over by sat 6th jan time to go for a dive, weather conditions? no wind 72dgc in sun 14.5dgc in shade,
water conditions? 14dgc, almost flat calm, visibility 30mtrs+.
went off round coast in mates dive boat with stuart(who lives in l'estartit and runs a shop called THE LARDER an english grocers shop) moored near cliff bottom
10mtr depth according to fish finder, got geared up popped over the stern, found ourselves in a mass of small jellyfish (4 inch dia) dropped down to bottom.
my second hand mares tutor reading 9mtrs stuarts aladdin reading 9.4mtrs??
whos is correct??pottered about for a while then my spg pipe at gauge end
grew a bleb and started leaking hp air was not too bad so carried on with dive as we were staying close anyway (2mtrs)and i had a7ltr bottle and stuart a 10ltr so plenty of air for planned dive (this was only my second dive since
passing my padi open water last september),stayed down for 30mins and just started to feel colder at end of dive,(had 3mm gloves and hood on)
hell it was good to be down again ,loads of fish/octopus/etc
other divers/boats within a mile of us =1 .
tried my new bi focal +2 goggles out (mares technisub) from scuba store in ULLA, brilliant i can see!!!!!!
going back down in april for a week i think it will be a tad colder
