Wraysbury and my sac

A most enjoyable night last night, cheers Tom.
The navigation ghost laid to rest.
SAC 16/15 for the two dives, which is a bit odd as I was running a single with no pony, making the get a twinset and your breathing will drop 'fact' a little at odds with what happened.
Maybe the DIR lot are right again, buddy as redundancy.

Lots of little fishes, a big(ish) pike, water at 18/19c, and some new 'attractions' ( a boat and some body parts)

Matt

water heats up quicker if there are suspended solids in it ,Wraysbury should be up to about 26deg by now.

I was there all day and did all three dives without a hood, first time this year.

It was colder below 6m but at 6m was definitely 18 degrees.

Interesting, my 'pooter is normally optimistic by 1-2 degrees, but I definitely only got 13 last night, mind you that was a dive which went down to 20m, so I guess it didn't register the temp at 6m. Certainly when I got out and had taken my gloves off and was taking my fins off at the steps, it wasn't cold to put my hands in the water...

Wraysbury is much shallower than Stoney and so tends to warm up (and cool down) much faster than Stoney.

Or faster than Stoney as conventional physics dictates
