Brid 26/8/07

OK a 1st for me - that is taking a camera while diving!!!!!
please don't expect to see any underwater shots - the ones I took aren't worth showing but the out of water ones aren't too bad (much to my amazement.

Cool

Stevo, you might want to point the front of the camera to something interesting before pushing the button that is on top of the camera!

All you need are a few fish, a few bald heads and you've cracked it!!!

instructions for housing was to take it down without camera to check it didn't flood prior to taking camera down to depth you were going to take it!!!! I only had 1 dive.
so I covered it in water before jumping in to 20m of water
seems ok have got a pic of sand by torch light.........
and another of greenish water and a torch beam through it - which was more than I actually saw!!!!!

Smile Surface fed diving experiment

AHA !!
Here we have a notable diver and high voltage systems engineer who being privvy to the electrical conductivity of wet string,,
decided to experiment with its air conducting properties..
Here we see said diver/engineer preparing to embark on an experimental dive to 35 metres for a period of 1 hour being sustained only by a piece of soggy mooring rope of which one end is placed in the mouth from which to breath and the other being connected to a bank of surface cylinders containing the air supply,,,,,,,,
