    My Summer, abriged.... Mallorca 2007 PADI DM Internship

    I left Scotland May 15th, came back August 28th.
    92 Dives and a PADI DM Qualification later...

    It's amazing how a vague idea becomes a reality and changes you life isn't it?

    We had a couple of threads recently about annoying divemasters and guides and I thought about the guys I worked with in Mallorca, all ages, all backgrounds and all sorts of experiences (you and me as good examples) and those who have never done the job really ought to give it a try and then they would know what hard (but incredibly enjoyable) work it is.

    I'm so pleased you had a good summer and met some of the lovely people who are dedicated to teaching and produce such fine DMs!!

    Good on ya, great to see people earning the cert the hard way and it is hard and stressful.
    I hope you get out of the PADI pro side of things as much as I have. I love every minute of it and hope to for a while longer.
    I am looking forward to hearing about the IDC next
