I free dived to 10.2 meters while I was at Dolphin Reef, Egypt
The water was 30 degrees and I was wearing only a lycra skin and my fins

I really didn’t think I’d make it back to the surface and was ready to give up …. I know you’re all wising that I had have given up

Grant, of Grant and Sonia, suggested that I should take up free diving, so I’ve done a little research and there is a club in Kingston and one in Richmond. I was due to start this week, but my psycho gym instructor increased my weights over the weekend and now I’ve hurt my back :o(

Ice-climbing?? With your head for heights?

Go for it, if you fancy something different for a bit. Got to love it though as the pay will be....erm.....minimal. Have to rely on tips so don't get a British lot!

LOL - ah yes, I kind of glossed over the fact that I don't do cold and I don't do heights ...... just focused on the 'SCUBA diving' and 'the Galapagos Islands' bit
