Thumbs up Team Rock does Gildy.
It had to be done. The DUE trip on the 2nd had been binned because of the weather and I had to go diving. Dave Parker had been chomping at the bit to finally test his mad homebuild box of death so I phoned him and we arranged for a 2 dive day in Gildy.

Our arrival was met with smiles and welcoming greetings, so the Xmas spirit seemed to have lasted past the 25th which was all good. Dave and I were 2 of 4 total divers there that day, and I wanted to just get my kit config sorted prior to the glut of upcoming sea dives whilst watching Dave try to kill himself with his Drager conversion.

Not much to say about the sights - there are none really, but the water was crisp and very clear - 10-14m viz in 4 degrees. A pleasant dive, and to be honest, crap in comparison to the sea, but if the sea is a no go, then I'll take what I can to get a dive in.
