If Neil paid commission to everyone on here that promoted his business he wouldn't have much business left

They must have hidden the left over (spare parts) from day 2 then. Do regs really need all those little bits and pieces.

However, Neil had the pair of them on a tight leash
I must say though, Gary was very well organised. He even took chocolate biscuits with him, which of course I was more than happy to eat, just in case the "sell by" date got too close.

What that man just said.

if you only put half the bits in, the service kit lasts twice as long

I don't know why I should bother saying nice things about him, he never says anything nice about me. (Probably coz there is nothing nice to say about me)

For instance last Saturday me and my buddy had done a 60 metre dive at NDAC and were lazing in the nice sunshine. Neil asked if we were going back in, I replied no we are just lying around here "looking the part".

His reply...

"What makes you think you look the part"

I rest my case.

Another vote for Neil here.

I'm a single tank diver with no technical knowledge and on a student budget so I spend practically no money in the shop but he still treats me like a valued customer whenever I go in there. When I get a proper job I will eventually buy the new kit that I've been thinking about for months....

I'd agree that even if you go in for something costing a small amount its friendly , no pressure and just a nice place. Very good service.

Only downside is i end up wasting more time than i intended just chatting.

Usual disclaimer:- No im not related to or work there, i just use it.

Sorry to resurect an old thread but I wanted to check something as I'm thinking of doing a course like this - now that you've got the cert does that mean that you can buy the service kits and actually do services? Will Neil or the manufacturers sell you the kits? Or is it purely training for better DIY servicing?
