LOL No it was purely prior knowledge of the wreck. That was my 18th Moldavia dive I have dived inside it many many times and its swiss cheese with loads of exits. It was only the fact we had little or no ambient light to show up the big holes that made it a tad difficult. Just keep going and you will find a hole big enough to get out with ease. It is however a VERY easy wreck to accidentally get inside so if you're on OC and don't know it its best to lay a line in low viz. The only issue that would have greatly concerned me is turning around to find the viz kicked to zero. A touch exit is no fun at all no matter how confident you are. With regard to the CCR failing, I had 250bar of 18/45 in a 10ltr and my Sac is 12 so at 45m I had about 35mins to find a way out and then Id be on Andrews 18/45. Seeing as the CCR was fine and we were 25mins in, I had about five and a half hours on the CCR ATB Mark

Prior to this worst viz i ever had was 5m. 10 being more like the norm for this area due to a lovely gravel sea bed. The weather all week prior was incredibly bad. The Moll is usually a banker for reasonable to good viz. In 20m+ it has to be one of the best dives in the UK. When you dive it if you find you reach the stern (often happens due to the way its shot). Don't go round the end just turn and come back higher up on the deck. Nothing round that corner but acres of sheet steel. If you drop in on a gravel bed with the main wreck behind you then turn right and look out for the gun pointing at the sky. This is my favorite dive on the Moll ATB Mark
