lol Odd isn't it? I've seen both the sturgeon before, from a distance, but the fact that we saw an actual small fish was more exciting as in all the previous visits there, I've never seen one.

the fish in question was at the depth of about 4 cm's!

I've seen a shoal of roach there before, maybe 40-50 fish all probably 4" or so long. Less than 10 metres from the main entry point, I think they were lost...

I'll be there on Wednesday this week, i'll keep an eye out.

There are plans to deepen the lake but I don't think it will be happening any time soon.

You have discovered the staffs dirty little secret. When divers get into the water we sneak in and move everything around. It makes us laugh anyway

Look out for a reveiw in next months sports diver. I was helping to show them around on good friday. I'm hoping to get my picture in too
