Good point.
When we found the Sat afternoon dive was blown out too we went for a nice cliff top walk and later I found out that Swanage has a beach !
I've only ever spent time at and around the pier

Erm... you can see the beach from the pier!

There's a great walk along the beach around the bay.... much further tahn it looks...

Only ever seen a hoard of people by the sea in June and I hadn't realised it was such a nice beach or went so far round, only looking from the pier.
