kayak (Non) diving trip

Well, I was planning on paddling to the other side of Wastwater on Sunday, but it was a tad too windy in Wasdale, so I decided on a paddle around Coniston, just to try the echo sounder out, if nothing else.

The radio's a Nexus NX1000.

Hopefully. we'll be taking the RIB out on Sunday, if the weather's as predicted.

shame u didnt do wastwater, so much more scenic, but then u no that hope u had all that expensive stuff on lanyards Colin! great tracking on the GPS

Ah, it was blowing a gale down wasdale . . . never seen so many cars crammed onto the pinnacles tho'

They're about £60 off ebay, the guy who sells them imports them from the states, so they can a little time to get here. You need a battery to run it off as well, of course.
