Eeek! Glad to hear you're ok Pete, sounds like a thorougly unpleasant experience I guess it'll be a while before you feel like hooking up for a few practice dives, but give me a shout when you do!

...I'm not entirely clear from your post though - are you suggesting that taking fundies had anything to do with this?

No not at all fundys was a great course ,to be honest it was going to happen to me at some time sooner or later just glad its all over with. Loosing 1 1/2 stone is not bad either altho my wife has told every one that i went to malta for a tummy tuck
