| New Weymouth attractions Received this yesterday. Sounds interesting. The Weymouth and Portland Dive Charter Association (WPDCA) has released publicly an initiative that will result in a series of totally new underwater attractions for divers. It is the intention to introduce these over the next four years. The project involves creating four new dive sites in the Weymoith and Portland area: An underwater sculpture trail along the Portland Breakwater; an 'artificial reef' styled from a railway carriage wreck in or near Portland Harbour; an artificial reef so-called the "ECO Mile" outside the harbour and a *New Wreck* formed by the sinking of an appropriate vessel (which very well be a former prison ship). Pls read more at http://www.divedorset.com and http://www.island-diving.org/ (WPDCA web pages).

| Sounds good to me. I would suspect the statue trail along the breakwater will attract a fair amount of silt Something in Balaclava Bay would be nice, sheltered, good depths for the inexperienced and lessons, easy run out too and away from the silt
