the carnival parade itself is on sunday afternoon and the town centre will be shut off for a couple of hours but detours are put in place so traffic can get about! so not really too much of a prob, but if you are booked to dive from a boat then it is worth thinking about leaving plenty of time to cope with any nause that may occur in the traffic coming into town, which i would expect to be quite heavy from about 0900 onwards! mike.
