Do you think St Abbs will be diveable over the weekend?

We were going with out BSAC club but they think we won't be able to get in.

If you're local you could always give one of the skippers a call to see what it's like.

The forecast is westerlies, quite strong on Sat (?) but backing off on Sun. I'd say, yes, you'll get in, not sure if you'd get around the point, but there's plenty of other stuff. But wtf do I know

There's been some viz up the NE coast this week. The wind is going to change Saturday morning but it's going to go back Westerly Sat PM. There's some big spring tide's this weekend and off the top of my head I think High tide is about 03.30 Sunday morning so depending on what time your diving there will be quite a bit of water movement. Taking all that into consideration I would still give it a go but hey my glass is always half full. Mine and KLP's club are still planning to dive the Farnes on Saturday.

I spoke to Paul of MV topline today.
I am provisionally booked in with him for Bank Holiday monday with a buddy of mine, he has asked us to check with him Sunday evening re the weather to see if its diveable. from the BBC forecast St Abbs looks like its going to be ok.
