Looking for somewhere in SEA, start of October

Hi

My wife and I've been dry for half a year, and now desperately need to get back in. We currently live in Lao, SEA, and have a two-week holiday comming up start of October.

Due to visa problems we cannot go to Thailand, forcing us to go to Vietnam, Cambodia og Myanmar. Can anyone give us any recommendations, considering the time of year? I know the gulf of Thailand should be pretty bad now this time of year, and wonder if that'd rule out Cambodia as well?

Any thought or help you can offer is appreciated.

Unfortunately live-aboards aren't an option this time, as we'll also need to get some sand 'tween the toes.

not sure about diving in Cambodia, dunno if there is any really on the coast there....

Nha Trang is the main place for diving in Vietnam IIRC try divevietnam.com
