| Guys many thanks for the warm and very positive comments raised. FYI there has been 200 tonnes of mineral laid in the car park and work is underway to improve the car park (if you have been down the site this weekend you will see what I mean). A detailed planning application has been submitted to the Forest of Dean District Council and will undergo its due dilligence process over the coming 12 weeks where road, cafe bar and general works will be looked at in great detail. This can all be viewed on the council website under planning. The site is going from strength to strength and the more custom we have the quicker the site will develope into The UK's finest Inland Dive Site. We still have a long way to go and thank you all for your continued support, comments and guidence while we move forward with you all. We have freediving championchips taking place on Sat 12 & Sun 13 July and a underwater scupture going underwater the following week. This will be filmed by the BBC and go out on prime time TV. Watch the website for further details. |

| If you go onto www.underwaterscuptures.com you will see work by an artist called Jason De Caires Taylor. This is a one off piece of art the cast is a body cast of a 6ft male real life sculpture weighing in at 200kg and is made from a number of different types of material. I don't want to spoilt it until the news item goes on line later on this week. If you are around this weekend he will be in the top car park for you all to see before he is moved to his final resting place at NDAC on Monday 14th July when the BBC are in all day filming. Hope this helps ![]() He is a very different underwater attraction and the first of its kind in the Uk and Europe. |

As far as I am concerned the NDAC has never been too bad, unlike Stoney where you have to get there at "silly o' clock" or midday to get a parking place on the weekend. Steve |
