| Bonaire Pics Just thought those of you who like wetpics might like to see the latest from our Bonaire trip (honeymoon) and contribute to the "hits" register ;-). All taken with the faithful Canon S45 and dedicated U/W housing. No strobe, just internal flash, and a tiny bit of Photoshop (white ballance correction). www.divetastik.tk Cheers, Mick

| Aww shuks! Cool, thanks for the "green" thing too! As for Bonaire.....it was really cool! The island itself isnt so great because it's the greatest American dive resort ever I guess? The restaurants and general life have adapted to the US ideal which spoils it a bit for me. Food portions are massive and the most places serve anything you like so long as it is burgers and ribs. Having said that you can find good local food but you have to go off the beaten track a bit. Now for the diving! That was awsome! Most of the sites are beach dives and offer good reefs and so much life it's silly! Eagle rays, tarpon, sting rays, dolphins and occasional sharks are just a few of the things to look at. There are a number of small wrecks too and a decent one (I forget the name) for the techies at 70M. The reefs are absolutely teeming with life and you have to push your way past most of them. I sat three times watching bait balls get smashed by tarpon, jacks and baracuda, really very decent! The best bit is just getting up, throwing your kit in the back of the hired pick up and diving at will ON YOUR OWN! No bloody "dive master" and idiot buddy pairs and all at your own pace. We dived two or three times a day and had a really relaxed time. I would reccomend it to anyone.
