Begging for UK dive site photos

Hi YDers,

Im looking for a little bit of help from all of you underwater photographers.

In another (and altogether more serious) life I do some writing as a UK travel correspondent for the BSAC. Our aim is very simply to provide an online resource for ALL of the travelling UK diving community. It's very much a work in development and I and my two colleagues work for free in our spare time. If you have not seen the site have a browse here
http://www.bsactravelclub.co.uk/where/uk.htm

The problem we are coming across is getting hold of diving related photographs of an acceptable quality. I was wondering if YDers would be willing to help out by letting me use some of their photos? Obviously I'm after UK based, diving related photos.

As it's a voluntary effort from all concerned I can't pay you, but I will credit you for any photos used on the site and of course you will get an overwhelming sense of achievement from helping out your fellow divers.

If you can help please drop me a pm or e-mail me at alan.ewart@[nospam]bsactravelclub.co.uk

remove[nospam]

TIA

Alan

Hi, yes I've looked at the gallery (and very impressive it is too) but I wouldnt use any of the pics without permission as this would be a breach of copyright

Hi Alan,

Amongst others, Jules, Steve W and Bunny all have great photos from previous trips in UK and abroad - you might want to PM them and ask if they've any they're willing to allow you to use.

HTH.

Scenery or wildlife?

Was it wideangle, scenic type of pics you were after or underwater wildlife ones?

cheers

Paul
