Video Streaming Advice

Can anyone help with some basic advice on streaming or embeding video into a web site?
I am happy with the editing using studio 9 (file type and size advice welcomed though) but am unsure how to embed or stream the file into the site.
I like the way this video runs from this guys site site http://www.cadsac.co.uk/redsea2004moov.htm

Any advice welcomed here!

Pretty straight forward code that one by the look of it

<div align="center"><embed src="/pw%20red%20sea%20sept%2004%20d1/redseaplay3.wmv" width="285" height="272">

Will just basically autoplay when the page loads, size is an issue , depends on how big the file is as to how long to buffer given the users connection speed.

How big are the vids you want to stream ?

Good to see you got there... I wasn't sure if what I sent you made sense...

You have some good shots there. Now you will be expected to put clips in from every trip !!!
