Bloody hell, it's like a hoover!
If you have to think about it for more than thirty seconds, you probably shouldn't get in.

The footage I think, taken in Philippines area (typical outriggers in frame). There is a group of Whale sharks ?still there just off Cebu Island. They have been fed regularly by fishermen taking out tourists to see them so are accustomed to this sort of thing. But even so pretty impressive. Reminds me of a fox at 3,000m in the Sierra Nevada (in Spain) ripping a hole in a tent (with people in it) to steal a loaf of bread. Occupants amazed to see loaf disappear through hole.

Yes, the place is called Oslob. Fred and I were considering going there this October as I wanted to see the whale sharks, but he won and we are going to see (hopefully) the thresher sharks instead. Oh well, just means we will have to go again next year

Good luck with the Threshers I mean it, our first Philippines trip started in Malapascua, we got up at 5am for 5 mornings and never saw one (well maybe a shadow in the distance). I believe we hit a bad patch, we did however visit Gato Island twice, with its swim thrus and under cuts full of macrolife and sharks, brilliant.

All the above on Gato Island about 45mins Banka drive from Malapascua. Don't miss it.
