Arrow upgrading from a nikon coolpix 3100

well after a wonderful dive holiday recently in the red Sea I was pleased with my results but then saw what a higher resolution camera can do!

I am looking at either the Sony DSC-W15 or Fuji F10. I think there are some pros and cons in tems of:-

The Sony has a red filter attachment no manual white balance
The F10 has manual white balance no red filter

Both are comparable in price, shutter lag, have large LCDs- its a difficult call- so, dear reader, that's where you might be able to assist! I don't really want to go over a £400 budget and I have a YD-25 strobe that will be ok for either.
