| If its nice and bright... then 100, if its a bit dull then 200 and 400 if a bit more dull.... sorry to be so unscientific, without knowing how the strobe preforms then... remember that there will be a minimium focusing distance i.e. if you get too the subject it will be out of focus! Cheers Neil

Just remember that the flash/strobe will cause backscatter as it fixed in place, you will have an odd snow fall effect!! You could stick some greaseproof or thin semi-transparent stuff (!) over the strobe to help difuse the light... will help reduce back scatter, but will reduce effectiveness....
