It's all wet

My trusty olmypus C-750 flooded and died while on my holidays. As luck would have it on the trip back from the dive site pod of dolphins turned up.

So to cut a long story short I need a new camera and housing. Anybody got ideas since the insurance is going to pay a big lump towards it. I am not sure to go digital slr or not. I have ruled out video I'd never watch them.

Whats the Sea and Sea - DX 8000G like ? The idea for a 0.1s shutter lag seem good, No more half a fish picture

I just went for a Fuji E900 (amazon had them for about 180) next I'm getting the Ikelite housing (there is no Fuji one) for about 200 quid.

On land I'm happy with the results.

Oly 300 series seems to get good reviews too.

TBH, I did not look much further.
DSLR, much as I'd love it, is a bit rich for me.
