problems with strobe for sea life DC500

Hi.

I have the SL150 strobe made by Sea life for the Sea Life camera range. The problem is that the unit does not always power up. Can someone recommend a repair centre to send the unit to ? I live in the birmingham area. Jacobs are the main dealers in Birmingham for the sea life range, but I have to say having sent in a camera before I found the technical staff a bit
lacking. They confirmed that the camera had a problem, but could not fix it ?

The strobe unit look or appears to be a sealed unit ?
