Is it worth it?

Hi guys,

I'm thinking of buying a strobe and lens for my Sony DSC-P9. The only thing worrying me is that the camera isn't exactly upto date, 5MegaPixels etc. So far i've only used it in the Red Sea as a point and click camera and the photos have been ok, but would like to take some nice photos of wrecks and marine life in the UK as well.

Basically will the camera do the job or is it too old to bother buying strobes etc for, and i should upgrade the camera first.

If anyone knows of some MMII lenses going cheap that would be great.
