help needed- setting strobe up for light & motion tetra

hi i bought a light & motion tetra 5000 and it was set up (i.e the ROC settings) for a sea&sea YS-30 strobe. i have just got a sea&sea YS-50 strobe and cannot change the setting. just wondering if anyone uses a tetra housing and if i can just leave the camera set up to use the YS-30 strobe, the strobe still fires but i'm not sure if the flash is right?! its the first time i have used a flash and i am generally unexperienced in UW photography as tend to use video. any help will be much appreciated!
