video lighting info needed

i have just got a new under water video set up and im off to turkey the end of september amd egypt in october and need some help desiding what light to get, i dont need anything to powerful as im only going to be using it for reck penetration and videoing in small cracks and crevices not rely for night diving or diving in the uk although it will be used in the uk now and then but mainly warm waters

i found this on ebay but cant rely find much about it and dont want to buy something that wont do what i need
