Crap video camera wanted
OK, I'm after a donation, or at best a dirt cheap video camera. Just a normal on land regular dry video camera, preferably one which takes something like sensible tapes/disks etc. which I can still get somewhere!

Only restriction is that is has to fit in a very large housing I have access to. Anything post 1990 will probably do fine!

Preference would be for something half decent, or with some sort of viewing screen which I can put at the back somewhere, but I'm not that fussed.

Will be put to good use and well treated as best I can, and could even be used to record footage which might actually contribute to the diving community.

If your old camera is actually any good, will trade for dive gear, depending on what you need/want and what I have.

I've got a JVC you can have - I have completely forgotten what it looks like, but it is in good working order, has all the bits (from memory) and with a bit of hammering, may even fit your housing.........I will 'dig' it out this pm

I am trying to get to the dive show on Sunday, so if I can make it, I will bring it with me (depends if the dog will sit in the car for 4 hours) or if not are you going back to Plym next week?

Edit : it is a GRAX 337 - there is no little screen thing though - only a viewfinder. Probably steam-driven..........
