1.  From UWCP

2. From Digital Diver.  The file is a PDF so I haven't linked directly to it.  The Link you want is "Camera Settings for cXOXO and no strobe."

3. An  excellent info source from Splashdown Divers.  This is really useful if you have an attached external strobe.
