I've just been on a trip with two guys with 5d's. One was using Aquatica, which was very nice, and the other had a Sea&Sea rig. I must admit I was very impressed by the Sea&Sea stuff, considering it's not as expensive as a lot of the other housings. You can also get it to shoot TTL with the YS strobes, which is handy for macro if you're not terribly experienced.
For the record, I use Ikelite at the moment with my D70, but am planning to change camera soon, and I may well be going down the Sea&Sea route.

I use a sea & Sea for my 5D and think it's great. Chunky controls, good finish and good price too. Buy from Alan James in Bristol. If you use the 24mm, you will need to put it behind a dome port and maybe need to use a dioptre, but that depends on the dome's diameter and the close focusing abilities of the lens. Have a look on wetpixel.com for dicussions on this subject. The 100mm macro is easier, just get a standard flat port from sea & sea with an extender.
