*** January Photo Competition ***

Right then here goes. As many of you YD'ers are keen photographers and keen to post them lets try a competition each month. The rules: No prizes apart from fame. One photo per person, with name and short description. To follow the theme/brief as suggested by each months winner who will judge the top three best entries. Themes can be? : depth of field, discovery, solitude, capturing the passion of diving, portraits, weather, all probably having an average overweight diver or two in. Its up to you. I think stay away from, Show Us Yer Gucci dive kit... though!


January's theme is: MY TIME MY SPACE
Winners announced 31st Jan.

It should be based around photos taken in the month of the competition, and seperate categories for green/blue water.

I've taken over 9,000 photos with my current camera! I have had it just over a year & a 1/2 now.

They already do that on in a way on Digigreen where there is a monthly theme and if you happen to remember when you go diving try and take pics around that theme and then post and discuss - works well

B - here are some instructions

You really are best off using a host site like Photobucket or Tiny pics for hosting pics
Here is a good easy tiny pics link TinyPic Video and Photo Sharing (u dont have to register or anything)
Click browse and select your pic from your computer and then click open andit'll go in the 'browse' box.
Click upload then when its done you will see underneath the IMG link copy and paste this into the reply box on YD (just preview it as well to check its worked)
