Travel Dive - Image Gallery - -=AluminiumToad=- Gallery Hello, I was recently lucky enough to go on a trip to the galapagos islands. It was a non diving trip but i managed to get some pretty awsome snorkelling in. These are me and my brothers first underwater pictures so comments are very welcome! Thanks, Nick

| Nice for first time... Galapagos and no diving, how very sad... you should have said, I know two divers who would gladly have carried your snorkling gear...lol If you put them through photoshop you should be able to sharpen them more using usharp mask, take away some of the silt etc... but they are good.. thanks for sharing B x

Yes it is a shame not to have dived but it was more of a family trip. There is loads to see on land and when snorkelling, so it is still make an amazing non diving trip! Who knows maybe one day i can go back and do some diving ...hehe... i can wish... I've got paint shop pro and have tried the sharpen tool on a few of them which seems to make a bit of difference to the focus. Thanks for the tip! cheers, Nick Last edited by -=AluminiumToad=- : 18-01-07 at 07:16 PM.

that Panamic Cusion Star pic is really good, you did well to line up the shot ect when snorkelling. i also really like the sealion peeking over the rock- very good

Thankyou, I think taking pictures while snorkelling may be easier in some ways than when diving because, being shallower, there is more light and also the red light has not been filtered out too much. It is tempting though to get too excited and try to take to take just one more picture without realising you are rapidly running out of breath! Oh and i really think that sealion was posing! cheers Nick,
