Fibre optic. Yup - of course it is, I told you I was bein' dumb

I used one with my Epoque and often held the strobe at arms length to get it in a better position - cable looks and feels flimsy but is actually tough and reshapes very well. I assume the S&S version would be the same.

Try an Epoque ES230

Going rate around £210... FO cable, pre-flash compatible... auto and fully variable manual setting. (Manual is what ya want anyway)

Lotta strobe for your money.

I use a pair of them on my Olympus.

I'm pretty sure Cameras Underwater do them...
