Many thanks for all your kind words about my courses and the book

Unfortunatley no one supplies Huggyfot in the UK now as the main importer had a couple of customers have their camera flood and is no longer able to supply - I have no idea how this could have happened given the aforementioned closing system but you never know with people

I therefore go to a chap in Germany DIGITAL DIVE | Der Onlineshop für UW-Foto und Video Equipment who, despite the language barrier, has bent over backwards to help me. Currently I have an issue with the electonics of my strobe connector (my fault not Hugyfots) and despite Hugyfot being on holiday he's trying to source me a replacement urgently

I looked closely into Ikelite and just couldn't get comfortable with the seemingly standard housing on land let alone in the water. I also looked into the Sea and Sea but no one could tell me when it was going to be availble. In short no one seemed to really care over here. Yes it's a PITA having to do a money transfer to Germany everytime I order something but his "can do" attitude blows his UK competitors out of the water IMO.

Hope that helps - I'm in Romsey if you were ever down this way from Reading you're more than welcome to have a look over it

Back to the Martin Enge workshop - thanks for all your comments and PMs
I don't intend to prevent keen, aspiring underwater photographers from attending my one 2 one tuition courses by virtue of cost. If there's a group of two or three, certainly no more than four - then I could put together something for you which would be affordable and beneficial. Let me know direct or if you want to speak to Tazzie then go ahead. my email is martin@edgeunderwaterphotography.com

Thanks for your kind words about photo courses

It's my first post to this news group and I'm here, having picked up on a comment above regarding not being able to afford to do a photo course with me. I have always wanted to be available to keen aspiring underwater photographers irregardless of cost. In film days I use to run weekend courses for 6 to 8 people. Now, I don't think that many would work with digital but if it helps I am prepared to organise something for two, three or four people to suit your needs at an affordable cost. If some of you want to get together then contact Helen (I mean Tizzie) or email me at martin@edgeunderwaterphotography.com
    Thanks

    Tazzie,

Did you look into Alan James photography? I've always found him and Heather to be first class.
