Yuzo rocks!

Credit where credit is due, Yuzo Kanda is a faultless supplier. The whole process of enquiry, quote, order, payment, dispatch and receipt was spot-on. His prices are very competitive and my four figure (value) order arrived without attracting duty or VAT. Check out UWdigitalcamera.com

Thanks to previous postings for giving me the heads up on this guy

...yet! I believe they (HMRC) can come at you some time after delivery, so keep all the paperwork. That is if they haven't sent the records off somewhere!

I fully agree that Yuzo san is easy to deal with!

I thought I had got away with not paying vat and the bill came about 2 weeks later from the courier firm. which courier firm delivered it?

It was still half the price of buying the same product from a UK supplier inculding the tax, vat and postage. Quicker too.

Parcelforce. When I have been hit for VAT and duty previously, I always had to pay Parcelforce on delivery. Thanks for the heads up on the delayed bill though. As you rightly say, Yuzo's prices are spot on, even with the VAT and duty.

Yuzo has just delivered me a nice wet lens. It came via Tennessee, so I await the VAT claim.
