the spiel was good and the pictures looked good at the October show
what gets me is that they said they had units the various forces and the police under water teams use, yet they have yet to pass on any sold at the show!!!!!

future proof !!! dunno they supposedly are upgradeable but not yet visible.

They were there and showing the scant footage of my cave trip to Mexico. I had a long chat with Richard and various improvements have been made to the unit to strengthen the screen (to stop imploding) and with charging. The new software is apparently cool (but I haven't played with it yet).

I borrowed a unit for the Mexico gig that had a known lock out problem. And yes you guessed it it locked out . When it did work it was cool but some thought needs to go into camera mounting and mounting the actual unit. I was going to use a pouch but some form of belt mount custom pouch would be nice.

The mounting bracket for the camera head is a bit limited with its zip tie mount. If its on the mask strap thats a PITA.

My camera head showed light rust after a couple of days use so that was a little unfortunate as well. I believe they need to seriously look at sealing off the unused charging connection. The silly rubber plug they have now is not up to the job and those paper thing contacts wont last long in salt water.

Apart from that I am still very excited about getting my hands on it in late March. All the people who ordered at the Oct dive show get a pele case and a multiple output cable for showing your vids on TV PC etc.
