Well after contacting Sea & Sea via their website (no reply), Aquanauts, the Australian wholesaler via their website and by phone (no reply or follow up), I did try the local optics repair bloke.

$AU40 later (about 18 quid), I have a new window cut to the precise size & thickness. Dived it this weekend to 30m, no leaks, so I think it's safe to put the camera in now.
