| HI, I noticed on sat that the price of the D300 is coming down already Jessops were selling them for £1099 retail price £1299, also you can buy D200 for £749 this is a great price for this great camera. As far as housings go most of the housing manufacturers can not keep up with the bodies on sale now with out all the new ones coming out. I had a five month wait for my D200 Seacam housing. Dates for new housings (new bodies) are months away & I would say that Ikelite will be one if not the first to bring them out. Andy |

Just because a housing has been announced doesn't mean it's AVAILABLE. Ocean Optics in the UK hasn't got them yet. If the housings aren't in the hands of divers then how can anyone comment on their ability underwater?? Just click on "Sample Images" from Digideep and you'll get my point; "We did not receive any underwater images for this product, yet." Unless I've missed something on Digideep, Wetpixel, etc etc, no one has taken one underwater yet. Rob |

| AIUI, there is no longer a Hugy distributor largely due to quality issues with the housings - rather a few returned due to unexplained floodings. They do look great but for now, in the UK, I'd look elsewhere.
