Underwater Video & Photography: Discuss The lens! The lens! in the General Diving Forums forums: You have to zoom in a bit (50% or so) to stop vignetting. Correct. I reckon about 3 inches, then ...

Correct.

I reckon about 3 inches, then adjust.

You can use the Inon lenses out of water as well!!

I can't use the lenses on my camera out of water because the adaptor is too big. I'll get Paul to dig his camera out - he's off today and it's a beautiful sunny day so he could go out and take photos of seagulls.

LOL, I'd need the housing too , although the only valid tests are in the water.
Kirstie took some land pics with the W/A attached before getting in the water, and you can clearly see the built-in lens hood (which was 120 deg offset). It does not show in the u/w pics.
