The aircraft limits are only there in case there is another flight by that particular aircraft. If subsequent flights do not appear likely, there are no limits. |

| I've heard good things about Martin Edge

| Daniel, There are quite a few choices here, so it's down to what she really wants. I think Wilbo is refering to a Martin Edge course - 1 on 1 with probably the best teacher of underwater photography in the world. I've not done it, but everyone who has says its fantastic. This will end up with some pool dives. (Underwater Photography, The Underwater Photographer, Edge Underwater Photography) His book is the best investment I've ever made in UwP. Maria Munn is another very good teacher (Underwater Photography Courses - Tailor Made by Ocean Visions | Underwater Prints - Canvas Art, Greeting Cards for sale) very much aimed at the compact camera diver. In Nottingham Peter Church used to do a really good course (http://www.seapics.co.uk/index.php), I think he still runs it. From what I've heard this is a good course as he checks out everyone's buoyancy and if you don't have good buoyancy he wont let you take a camera (I may have that wrong though), which may sound strict, but is spot on - buoyancy is ket to UwP. There are then numerous photgraphic liveaboard trips; Mark Webster, Martin Edge, Charles Hood, Alex Mustard, etc all do these. While some of these aren't strictly "taught" they will give opportunity to get good advice and feedback, plus it's a holiday!! HTH, Rob |

| As you are Lincoln based, that's not a million miles away from Stoney. I run the East Midlands Underwater Photographers and one thing we are planning is to get someone up to Stoney, or nearby, to do taught courses over a weekend. This wont necessarily include diving, but will cover different aspects. Maria Munn is keen to do this for us, so if your wife fancies that then you are welcome to come along. We don't have membership, so you don't have to join (www.emup.org.uk). As a group hopefully it will make things cheaper. Rob |

| I'm not sure if he still does it but there was a guy Len Bateman (I think) of Dive Pembrokeshire who used to teach too. Not heard anything from anyone who has learnt with him though. Re: Martin Edge - Tazzie on here has also done a course with him and really rated it. PM her for details.
