Just a thought...

Are you using the short port or the standard port on the Ike housing? The G9needs a short port with wide angle glass, i.e. the UWL-100 M67. Also, is your UWL-100 the type 1 or type 2? I have the type 2 mounted on my Ike / G9 (and also the dome unit). HTH, Tim

Hi Dan,

I'd be interested to hear what they say; perhaps you can post here.

I have a canon with Inon 100 and get some softening at the edges - though not to the exent as in the example you posted. I think I can cure mine by zooming in a touch as I've only noticed it at full wide angle, though I haven't really played with it too much yet.

In respect of INON kit, you may not get the best advice from CU as they are not the official distributors. It may be better to contact Steve at Ocean Optics.
