What camera?
I may have a bit of a business opportunity and wondered what the going rate for a diving digi comera / OK to 30 mtrs (pref 40 mtrs) was these days.

any of the fuji f range which are good to 40 m i think for that price u could get the f30-f31fd and the f40 maybe need to increase ur budget for the f50

I appear to have no conscience about 'cheap labour' and I (the business) may have a China opportunity. I don't even know if they make cameras there and if they are any good.

I'll ask BB to bring back a sample if he sees any.
