Commencing about 1:15 into the track you shot this, what I would call, "pseudo cuttlefish" which was about the only living thing that I couldn't place a handle on - from here in the antipodes.

So what is it? Please?

Very nice vid.

I've only dived it once and there was a BIG surge running backwards and forwards through the wreck (strong enough to cause one of or group to put a hole in his drysuit when swept onto a pointy bit) + the vis was awful.

what video setup did you use for this? Does it use strobes (like a camera) or do you use your torch for light?
Cracking video, makes me want to spend money

Well done, cracking video. Nice to see good viz as well. It's ages since I last dived the JEL.

Cheers

Does this mean I'd better try and organise YD Does the Scylla and JEL again ?

Squid, the white dangling fingers in the shot just before were squid eggs. I think...

hi,

I did the Scylla and the JEL today on Brians dive centers boat with Brian skippering. Sun was shining, sea was flat and the Viz still stunning.

No other dive boats out either - had it all to ourselves!

Thanks brian for a great day/dives

Anthony
