    It may be of use to small civil engineering projects where a cheap/quick close-up video inspection on SCUBA is required or military/police for bomb/IED ID or something, other than that ??? The lamps will have little power to cut beyond a metre (if that) in daylight and set as they are will show massive backscatter also. I get to watch hours of head-mounted diver footage every working day - its shite - usefull for 'black box' and project info only. If you want watchable video get a camera/housing combo and work it properly, if you want bad video get the same combo and lash it to the side of your head.
