I need a new neck seal...
Hi all, I managed to put my neck seal through on Wednesday in Stoney and need a new one

Which is best? Latex or Neoprene? I have a latex seal at the moment and it's a cordura type suit if that's any help. I'll be getting new wrists as well but they'll probably be latex again.

Well I got my latex seal replaced with a Neoprene neck seal on my membrane suit at O3 recently (About £40 I think supply and fit).

I've always had latex seals up to now but suffer the hang mans noose effect and although they sealed very well I seemed to suffer from water down the back of the neck if I tried to look behind me.

Love the neoprene seal, much more comfy, seems more robust and although it has had the odd dive where a bit of water has got past it copes much better with extremes of head movement.

Still kept the latex wrist seals though.

Thanks Daz, I picked up my suit last night with a nice shiny neoprene seal on it. Just one question though.

What's the best thing for sticking down any stray ends of tape? will Aquapatch do?
